This Victorian style hotel boasts a prime location overlooking Douglas Bay and offers among its facilities a restaurant, bar and lounge. All rooms are en suite and have TV, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, and tea/coffee making facilities. There is a lift at this hotel, however the hotel is accessed via 18 steps, but wheelchair access is available via the ground floor restaurant, and some bedrooms are also accessed via further steps.

This hotel is not suitable for those with limited mobility as some public areas of the hotel and corridors are not suitable for mobility aids due to narrow access and internal steps, and there are 18 steps to negotiate to enter the hotel.
