Bookings can usually be held on option for a maximum of 5 working days after which time a deposit of £50.00 per person for UK coach holidays, £75.00 for European coach holidays and £150.00 non-refundable for Channel Islands is required to confirm the booking. The outstanding balance is often due eight to six weeks before the departure date however, this will be shown on your confirmation of booking.Back To Top
You will receive your pick-up letter approximately 5-7 days before the departure date, along with your travel ticket and luggage labels.
If you have to cancel any day trip before 14 days prior to the trip, then any monies paid will be credited to your account with us for furture bookings, less a £2.50 per person fee. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip then there will be no refund of anykind. Please see our Day Trip T&C's.Back To Top
We can take payments over the telephone from most major credit and debit cards. Alternatively, you can pay by cheque or cash.

Yes, Holiday Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of £5, £10, £20 and £50 and can be redeemed against any of our tours and excursions. These can be purchased by popping into either office or calling us. Please see our contact us page for details on how to find our Lowestoft & Leiston Offices. (Please note, these have an expiry date).
No, all our coaches are non-smoking. E-Cigs are also not permitted on the coach.Back To Top
Yes, we do offer travel only on selected tours. This is subject to availability, supplements will apply. We cannot travel off-route from the tour itinerary. Travel only is to/from our selected hotel.
Dogs and any other pets are not permitted on any of our vehicles, unless they are assistance dogs. Please contact us if you wish to travel with an assistance dog.
We hope you don't have to cancel your ticket but if you do, unfortunately you will not receive a refund unless we can resell the tickets. If this is the case and you do need to cancel please contact us as soon as possible.Back To Top

We will accept lightweight Mobility Scooters weighing no more than 40kg, subject to them being dismantled by the roadside ready for your collection and stowed away in the luggage hold of the coach.
