1. How much is the deposit and when do I pay the balance for my holiday?

Bookings can usually be held on option for a maximum of 5 working days after which time a deposit of £50.00 per person for UK coach holidays, £75.00 for European coach holidays and £150.00 non-refundable for Channel Islands is required to confirm the booking. The outstanding balance is often due twelve to six weeks before the departure date however, this will be shown on your confirmation of booking.

2. When will I know my pick-up time for a holiday?

You will receive your pick-up letter approximately 5-7 days before the departure date, along with your travel ticket and luggage labels.

3. If I cancel my day trip will I receive a refund?

If you have to cancel any day trip before 14 days prior to the trip, then any monies paid will be credited to your account with us for furture bookings, less a £2.50 per person fee, unless entry / event tickets are involved. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip then there will be no refund of anykind. Please see our Day Trip T&C's.

4. If I have to cancel my theatre/show or concert ticket will I get a full refund?

We hope you don't have to cancel your ticket but if you do, unfortunately you will not receive a credit refund unless we can resell the tickets.
If you cancel prior to 14 days of the trip going and we resell your tickets, you will receive a credit less the £2.50 pp on your account.
If you cancel within the 14 days and we resell your tickets, the credit will be for the ticket element only less £2.50 pp.
If this is the case and you do need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

5. How do I make my payment?

We can take payments over the telephone from most major credit and debit cards. Alternatively, you can pay by cheque or cash.

6. When will I receive my event tickets?

All concert and event tickets will be given out on the day by our Driver.

7. Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes, Gift Vouchers are available to purchase online, in office or over the phone. These can be redeemed against any of our tours and excursions.

8. Is smoking permitted on the coach?

No, all our coaches are non-smoking. E-Cigs are also not permitted on the coach.

9. Do you offer travel only?

Yes, we do offer travel only on selected tours. This is subject to availability, supplements will apply. We cannot travel off-route from the tour itinerary. Travel only is to/from our selected hotel.

10. Are dogs allowed on your coaches?

Dogs and any other pets are not permitted on any of our vehicles, unless they are assistance dogs. Please contact us if you wish to travel with an assistance dog.

11. Can I hire an electric scooter?

12. Can I take my Mobility Scooter on the coach?

We will accept lightweight Mobility Scooters weighing no more than 40kg, subject to them being dismantled by the roadside ready for your collection and stowed away in the luggage hold of the coach. We must be advised at the time of booking that a Mobility Scooter is being taken. *(restrictions apply)

13. I have left an item on the coach, what do I do?

Please give us a call or send us an email, and we can see if we have it.
Please note: Lost Property will be kept at our premises for a maximum of 30 days, after which time it will be disposed of. In the event that you require item(s) to be posted, we will require the cost of postage beforehand.
