Convenient Collections

Our on tours we offer close to home pick-ups within the Norfolk and Suffolk area. Below is a map of the areas that fall within our free home collection and £25.00 / £30.00 per person fee for home collection.

If you live in the following postcode areas, we will arrange to pick you up from as close to your home as possible and drop you off at the end of the tour. NR1-NR8, NR13-NR15, NR29-NR35, IP1-IP5, IP12-IP13 & IP15-IP20.

We also offer a free pick up at Felixstowe Railway Station on all tours.

Please note: Due to the nature of some of our vehicles, it may not be possible to pick you up from your front door. We will inform you nearer the time of departure of any necessary changes to your pick-up point. The exact arrangements and pick-up time will be confirmed to you in writing 5-7 days before departure. If you live outside these areas, please call us and we’ll do everything we can to arrange a pick-up point that is suitable for you. A supplement will be quoted if a taxi is required. Alternatively, you can be picked up from our Hadenham Road Depot in Lowestoft where your car can be securely parked for the duration of the tour at your own risk.

Feeder Vehicles

For your comfort and convenience, we use feeder vehicles at the beginning and end of your holiday for some of the pick-up’s and drop off’s. This allows us to offer our close to home pick up’s in our collection area. It is likely you will be picked up by a feeder vehicle and taken to a nearby location to meet the main coach. On occasion, we do use taxi companies for some pick-up’s. There are no set seats on vehicles until you meet the main coach. Many of our tours, but not all, go out via Bury St Edmunds, so if you live in this area we may be able to pick you up from a central location.
