Join us to the medieval town of Bury St Edmunds, where the journey starts from Lowestoft. You can do some shopping or visit the Abbey ruins and take the Abbey trail.

Bury St Edmunds is a beautiful medieval town to visit. You can take the Abbey Trail through the town and visit the old Abbey Ruins, the remains of the great Benedictine Abbey, destroyed in the dissolution of 1539. The town has excellent leisure and shopping facilities. Wednesdays and Saturdays are market days, when the town becomes great for all you bargain hunters.

Bury is a splendid place to visit with a warm welcome making shopping a real pleasure.
