Sat 12th
Sat 12th - After an early start this morning you make your way to Dover to board the ferry to Calais. Once in France, you travel to your overnight hotel, Mercure Reims Parc Des Expositions.
Sun 13th
Sun 13th - Today you continue on to Switzerland and arrive at your hotel in Klosters for a 5-night stay. Upon arrival, you'll receive a welcome glass of juice.
Mon 14th
Mon 14th - Make sure you remember your camera today, as you head to Tiefencastel station to board the Bernina Express for a single journey through the beautiful mountains to Tirano, Italy. You travel through picture postcard villages, a mountain garden and so much more. Your train climbs up to the 2253 metres high Bernina pass, which is almost too breathtaking to put into words. Your driver will meet you in Bernina for the scenic drive back to Switzerland.
Tues 15th
Tues 15th - You have a free day in resort today. Why not truly relax and enjoy the hotel wellness centre, or make the most of your free travel card which allows you complimentary train travel between Davos and Klosters*.
Wed 16th
Wed 16th - Today you make the journey to the regional capital, Chur. You have free time to explore what is known to be the oldest town in Switzerland. This car-free mountain city is extremely charming and located in the heart of the alps. This town is so full of history, there are three major churches and cathedrals to visit. You return to your hotel this afternoon via the majestic alpine passes, as you journey through stunning mountains and lakes.
Thurs 17th
Thurs 17th - After a leisurely morning, you travel to St. Moritz, one of the most prestigious and well-known ski resorts in the world. 'St. Moritz' has hosted the winter Olympics twice and was the birthplace of Alpine winter tourism. A large number of the rich and famous own second homes here.
Fri 18th
Fri 18th - You travel back to France today for your return overnight stay (same hotel as outward journey).
Sat 19th
Sat 19th - This morning you head to Calais for the return journey back to the UK. Once ashore in Dover, you make your way back to East Anglia.
