This majestic Grade I listed mansion building is located in the heart of the Cheshire countryside, just outside Crewe. Facilities at the hotel include a bar, restaurant, gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. All rooms are en suite and have TV, telephone, hairdryer, trouser press and tea/coffee making facilities. There is a lift at this hotel.

Saphos Train
Saphos Train Experience - as seen on Channel 4's Britain's most luxurious train journeys!
You have an early departure from the hotel this morning as your driver takes you to Chester to meet the Saphos Train for your iconic journey to York. Upon arrival, you will be served a prosecco bellini, followed by bucks' fizz! Once you board the train, you'll have a full English or fish breakfast, followed by late morning pastries while you sit back and relax whilst taking in the views around you! You will travel today in one of Britain's most luxurious trains, steeped in elegance and sophistication. The journey to York takes around 4 hours and 45 minutes, so there will be ample time to enjoy the journey! You arrive in York at approx. 1:45pm, where you will have 3 hours before your return journey to Chester. Admission into York Minster is included during your time in York (transport not included in York). Included on your return journey to Chester is a five-course set dinner and half a bottle of wine per person. Your driver will meet you upon your return to Chester at approx. 10:00pm to take you back to the hotel.

To allow you a lay-in this morning, you depart mid-morning for a visit to the glorious Tatton Park. Tatton Park is one of the most complete historic attractions in the UK. Your ticket here today includes admission into the mansion, 50 acres gardens, Tudor old hall and a working rare breed farm.
Please note: Unless otherwise stated, admission prices into places of interest are not included.
*Breakfast and Dinner on the day of the train experience will be served on the train. Dinner is a five-course set menu. Smart casual attire is required for the train journey, jeans and trainers are not permitted. Network Rail reserves the right to enforce steam bans. In this instance, the train will be hauled by a diesel locomotive. Admission into York Minster is subject to availability, this may be amended to an alternative attraction.
A £75.00 non-refundable deposit is due to secure your booking.
A further £250.00 is due per person on Friday 2nd February 2024.
The remaining balance will be due on Friday 12th April 2024.
