This traditional yet modern hotel is ideally situated in Barnstaple town centre and was formerly a coaching inn. The hotel earned its present title after patronage by King Edward VII. Facilities at the hotel include a cocktail bar & bistro and lounge. All rooms are en suite and have TV, tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryer. This hotel does have a lift.

Lynmouth, Dunster & Minehead
Your first visit of the day is to the picturesque resort of Lynmouth. You'll have a little free time here to explore the narrow streets before you make your way to the lovely village of Dunster. Dunster is located in the Exmoor National Park and has over 200 listed buildings. Lastly, you visit the popular seaside resort of Minehead before a scenic drive back to the hotel.

RHS Rosemoor &

RHS Rosemoor & Bideford
This morning you head to RHS Rosemoor for a free flow visit around these beautiful gardens. Nestled in a Devon valley, these gardens blend formal and informal plantings to magical effect. This afternoon you continue on the short journey to the ancient seaport of Bideford, delightfully set on the banks of the River Torridge. Bideford is packed with independent shops, a picturesque quay and local produce in abundance!

Ilfracombe &

Ilfracombe & Barnstaple
The lovely seaside resort of Ilfracombe is your destination this morning. Here there are numerous attractions to see including award-winning beaches, quaint shops, museums and Chambercombe Manor, one of Britain's most haunted houses! This afternoon you return to your host town Barnstaple where the afternoon is yours to explore at leisure.
