BUTTERFLY WORLD & VENTNOR BOTANIC GARDENS - This morning you visit Butterfly World. Here you can witness hundreds of butterflies flying freely in a natural environment, with the unique opportunity to study their life cycle first hand. From here, you continue onto Ventnor Botanic Gardens. Located in the remarkable microclimate at the heart of the "undercliff", this unique garden is unrivalled for its vast collections of subtropical plants grown outdoors.
SHANKLIN
SHANKLIN (FREE DAY) - Today is yours to explore your host town at leisure. From the long wide sandy beach, to the wooded ravine which is Shanklin Chine and the Old Village with its independent shops, restaurants and pubs, you won’t be short of something to do.
ISLE OF WIGHT
ISLE OF WIGHT STEAM RAILWAY & RYDE - This morning you enjoy a return journey on the Isle of Wight Steam Railway from Havenstreet. From here, you continue on to Ryde, the largest town on the island, with its sandy beach, boutique shops and recently restored early 19th century pier.
OSBORNE HOUSE
OSBORNE HOUSE - The palatial holiday home of Queen Victoria, Osborne House has ornate furnishings and artefacts from the Royal Collection, as well as beautiful gardens and a private beach.
