Our singles breaks are perfect and offer lots of single rooms. Whether you are on your own or travelling as a big group of friends but like your own space this tour is for you. This particular break is based in Eastbourne, offering a trip to Hever Castle, Michelham Priory and Hastings. There will also be a hostess to look after you whilst away.

Today you journey to Hever Castle, the childhood home of Anne Boleyn. Here you can visit the 14th century castle surrounded by a beautiful moat. There are also 125 acres of grounds for you to explore, including an Italian Garden and a stunning English Rose Garden which features over 5,000 rose bushes.

Michelham Priory

Michelham Priory House and Gardens & Eastbourne
This morning you visit Michelham Priory. Here you can explore 7 acres of beautiful grounds including a medieval gate house and herb garden. Inside the Tudor mansion you can see fascinating displays reflecting different periods of history. The priory was also home to WWII evacuees. After your visit here, you return to your host town for some free time at leisure.

Hastings & Rye

Hastings & Rye
Today you head east along the coast to Hastings. One of the medieval Cinque ports and now home to the largest beach-launched fishing fleet in Europe, here you can see the remains of the first castle in England built by William the Conqueror. From here, you continue on to Rye. This lovely historic town is situated on a hill overlooking Romney Marsh and has a harbour and varied selection of shops.
