MONDAY - We depart our convenient pick up point and travel south. Upon arrival at the hotel we are welcomed with tea/coffee and a mince pie. Dinner tonight is followed by entertainment.
TUESDAY - Totnes. A morning in the ancient town of Totnes which lies above the River dart, followed by a pleasant hour or two at the very interesting House of Marbles near Bovey Tracey. A festive dinner is served tonight, followed by live entertainment.
WEDNESDAY - Plymouth is our destination today. This vibrant regional capital of Devon andCornwallis an historic seafaring port that has something for everyone. Why not take the time to enjoy the unique waterfront ambience, which helps give this popular city its distinct character. Alternatively you may wish to remain in your coach seat and take advantage of our optional 90 minute city tour with an official guide**.
THURSDAY - A morning visit to Brixham returning to Torquay for free time to enjoy our host resort. (The hotel is served by a bus service into the town centre every 10 minutes). Following dinner tonight there will be a party night of dancing, bingo and a prize quiz.
FRIDAY - Following breakfast, we depart the hotel and begin our journey back to East Anglia, making a comfort stop en route.
COPPICE HOTEL, TORQUAY - We are delighted to introduce the Coppice Hotel onto our tour programme. This elegant Victorian hotel is set in award-winning gardens and offers among its facilities a bar, restaurant, lounge, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, steam room, sauna and mini gym. All rooms are en suite and have TV, in-house phone and tea/coffee making facilities.
