Cheshire is a county of dramatic contrasts, encompassing rural, idyllic towns and villages with industrial heritage along with diverse landscapes. Many of the towns and villages are peppered with historic buildings and great historic houses all of which we will see on this weekend of discovery.

This stylish hotel is ideally located in the town centre. Facilities at the hotel include a café, bar, gym, swimming pool and sauna. All rooms are en suite and have TV, telephone and tea/coffee making facilities. There is a lift at this hotel.

Itinerary

Friday
Our outward journey includes time in the vibrant city of Derby. The city has a rich and varied past, one that is world-renowned still today. It is the counties largest rural area, and its premier city. There is a fantastic and diverse mixture of arts, entertainment and cultures on offer, and with its historical connections there is something to appeal to all tastes.

Saturday
Sit back and relax as we take you on an interesting full day tour around part of one of our country’s most colourful and diverse counties – Cheshire

Sunday
A free day to enjoy Chester. This city has a host of great treasures from its 2000 years of history, including the city Walls, the world famous Rows and a Roman Amphitheatre.

Monday
What better way to bring this super weekend to a pleasant conclusion than with a tranquil drive through the superb Peak District.
